I have problem with the basic grammar, so I am quite frustrated. I read explanations how to use specific tenses or grammar stucture, but when I start do exercises I make mistakes 🙁

Hi Karolina, the grammar of your reply here is quite accurate. Remember that students are supposed to make mistakes in exercises to help them identify their weaknesses. If you keep practicing, your English will naturally improve, but be patient. The other advice I always give my students is to make sure you read an English (online newspaper) article every day. Study the grammar and vocabulary the writer uses as you read to help you absorb new language.
